Winter can be an especially hard time for photographers making a go at it for a living. It gets eerily quiet and you wonder (at least once) “what if no calls come in for summer weddings?” They always do, but it can be scary.
I use this time to plan and advertise because when spring/summer gets here, it gets really hectic. There is an upside to this lull though. It gives you time to be a little creative and do some stuff maybe you did not have time for during the summer. Here are some photos that I did just to pass the time between the planning, scheduling, and to be honest the worrying. The rain idea came from Aaron Nace; I mentioned him in a previous post. Hope you enjoy.
